Lenny's constantly changing menu is inspired by open fire cooking and uses the finest locally sourced ingredients including cuts from organic Welsh lamb, line-caught wild fish and fresh vegetables. Levent applies the traditional cooking techniques perfected at his Ocakbasi in Hatay to the freshest seasonal produce from around the UK.
