Chef Levent Lenny is showcasing his take on modern Turkish cuisine at neighborhood restaurant Kapak. Lenny's constantly changing menu is inspired by open fire cooking and uses the finest locally sourced ingredients including cuts from organic Welsh lamb, line-caught wild fish and fresh vegetables. Levent applies the traditional cooking techniques perfected at his Ocakbasi in Hatay to the freshest seasonal produce from around the UK.
